Presales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Software, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing workflows, and providing detailed summaries to our programming team. You will prepare technical documentation, create compelling technical offers, participate in tenders anlysis , and conduct market research. A strong command of the English language and a background in programming are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:1.Client Requirements Analysis:Engage with potential clients to gather and document their specific requirements for management software solutions.Conduct thorough analyses of client workflows and processes to identify key needs and areas for improvement.2.Technical Documentation:Create detailed technical documents, including technical offers, tender proposals, and other necessary documentation to support the sales process.Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and tailored to meet client expectations.3.Collaboration with Programming Team:Translate client requirements and workflow analyses into clear and concise summaries for the programming team.Work closely with developers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of client needs and project objectives.4.Presentations:Assist in the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.Highlight the features and benefits of our software solutions, addressing client-specific needs and challenges.Additional tasks may be added as needed and based on the employee’s efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the healthcare software industry.Strong understanding of healthcare management systems and their applications.Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of programming languages and software development processes is highly desirable.Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into actionable requirements.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Benefits:Competitive salary and employee benefits.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Opportunity for learning and career development.Work Location:Baghdad, Iraq.Work Schedule:From Saturday to Thursday.8:00 AM till 4:30 PM
