The successful candidate will be afforded significant autonomy and the full support of our technical and logistics teams to develop a substantial project portfolio. You will be our strategic leader on the ground, establishing our brands as the standard of excellence for new high-profile commercial projects (corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and retail) in the country.Key Responsibilities●     Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to embed our premium brands within the Guyanese A&D (Architecture & Design) community.●     High-Level Relationship Management: Proactively identify and forge deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers: specifying architects, interior designers, general contractors, and project owners.●     Oversee the Complete Commercial Sales Cycle: Masterfully manage the entire pipeline, from initial specification at the design phase through to quotation, negotiation, and closing.●     Serve as a Primary Technical Advisor: Act as the key technical consultant for our portfolio, advising design professionals on optimal solutions for their projects.●     Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide formal weekly reports on market activity, project pipelines, and competitor-facing strategies to IIL management.●     Brand Ambassadorship: Conduct compelling product presentations and represent IIL as a polished, professional industry leader.Qualifications: The Ideal CandidateThis is a senior role, and our requirements are specific.●     Demonstrable, Active Professional Network: Candidates must possess a deep and verifiable network of contacts within Guyana's architectural, design, and commercial construction community.●     Proven B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of high-performance B2B sales experience, specifically in sales within the building materials, construction, or commercial flooring sector in Guyana.●     Exceptional Autonomy and Initiative: This is a remote, senior-level position. The ideal candidate must be a disciplined self-starter, capable of managing a full schedule and executing a strategic plan with minimal direct supervision.●     Executive Presence: You have flawless communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
