You will report to our EYC BMC Lead and work directly with location Executives to develop and execute innovative strategies and deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives.We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to manage our branding, communications, and business development efforts in Guyana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local market, cultural nuances, and industry trends, and will be adept at effectively bringing multi-channel, external and internal marketing programs to life.Your Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness and pursuits development: lead the proposal development process in location, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to create compelling submissions and conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapeCampaign management: Combine knowledge of project management, marketing tactics, the EY business and our customer base in order to create and maintain project plans for BMC’s most critical multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g. client deliverables, ads, social media, etc.) along with other thematic and social media campaignsSet up project and governance structure: Determine available time, budget, and resources for each program, and track its status, to help your team meet deadlines and achieve their set goalsManage and drive resources: Extensively involved in campaign delivery (third-party vendors etc.) to achieve desired resultsEvent Management: Partner with EYC Events team to coordinate and oversee the successful execution of Guyana events.Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies/ functions (Business development, Markets, Talent, Finance, etc.). Conduct and drive regular team meetings, present progress reports, and analyze the results of completed campaigns.Budgeting: Manage overall and campaign specific budgets, including organizing invoicing, tracking spends in Excel and advising on any deviations from plan.Ad hoc request management/execution: Support the BMC team in other administrative tasks related to programs.Skills And Attributes For SuccessCreative thinker with a track record of innovative marketing strategiesCommunication and public relations capabilitiesEvent management experienceStrong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsRobust market research skills High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential informationDeep familiarity with the professional services industry and experience in account managementHigh level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globallyAdvanced knowledge in MS Office, including Excel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint Experience with web content editing, Adobe suite, Sprinklr, Marketo and other digital communication toolsExperience with Sharepoint administrationStrong critical thinking, data and analytical skills What We Look ForGraduate – Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, communications or related field preferred. Masters level would be an assetCampaign management skills and knowledge, hands-on marketing experience, organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.Manage multiple campaigns/programs/digital channels under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detailMinimum 5-8 years’ experience in end-to-end campaign management via multiple channels, from managing business requirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between.
