Company DescriptionWe’re partnering with one of the leading IT solutions providers in Central and Eastern Europe, known for combining deep technical expertise with a culture of innovation, partnership, and excellence.The company designs and delivers enterprise-grade IT infrastructure solutions that power organisations across industries such as finance, telecom, and the public sector.We’re now looking for a Presales Manager to lead a team of high-performing technical experts and shape innovative solutions that truly move industries forward.Role DescriptionAs Presales Manager, you’ll:Lead and inspire a skilled team of presales professionals — fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.Architect success by guiding solution strategy, proposal design, and RFP responses to ensure every engagement aligns with business goals and market trends.Drive innovation in IT infrastructure design, covering compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, cloud, and data protection solutions.Collaborate with top global vendors (Dell, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, VMware, Veeam, and others) to build scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.Act as a trusted advisor to clients at both executive and technical levels — connecting business value with technical capability.Ensure operational excellence by maintaining consistent delivery standards, measurable KPIs, and a high-quality presales process.Enable knowledge sharing through internal coaching and training programs that develop both technical and soft skills within the team.Qualifications5+ years of experience in presales, solution consultancy, or technical sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.Strong expertise in IT infrastructure design and integration — compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, and data protection.A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.Customer-centric approach and a collaborative leadership style.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Why you'll love itYou’ll own the presales vision and strategy for one of the region’s most respected IT solution providers.You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and global partners, influencing key technology decisions across multiple industries.You’ll lead and grow a talented team in an organisation that values innovation, trust, and measurable impact.
