With a strong Cambridge learning environment, we prepare students for opportunities both locally and internationally — and we’re looking for passionate educators to grow with us.Job DescriptionPlan and teach daily lessons that build early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.Create a warm and engaging classroom that helps young learners feel safe, confident, and curious.Design age-appropriate activities aligned with the Cambridge approach.Observe student progress and update parents regularly.Work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development.Prepare materials, learning tools, and classroom displays.Ensure students’ safety and well-being at all times.Take part in school events, meetings, and professional development.Guide students in developing positive habits, respect, and strong character.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.Strong English skills in writing, reading, and speaking.Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum is an advantage. Warm and patient classroom presence with clear communication skills.Creative in planning hands-on, play-based learning activities.Good teamwork skills when working with parents and colleagues.Organized and dependable in managing classroom routines.Good computer skills for teaching materials and reporting.Willing to learn and grow in the Cambridge teaching framework.
