We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial leader to serve a President of a dynamic, high-growth company at the intersection of wellness, skincare, and lifestyle. This role is ideal for an ambitious executive with a proven track record of scaling consumer brands, inspiring teams, and translating purpose into performance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with the brand’s mission and values. Identify new growth opportunities while protecting brand integrity.Team Building & Culture: Attract, retain, and empower a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Revenue & Operations Oversight: Drive operational excellence across DTC, retail, and emerging channels. Own the P&L, optimize margins, and ensure scalability of systems and infrastructure.Product & Brand Stewardship: Champion product innovation and go-to-market strategy. Maintain quality and efficacy standards across product lines while deepening customer trust and loyalty.Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with the Board and investors. Communicate performance, vision, and market positioning with clarity and confidence.Digital & Community Engagement: Leverage social media, content, and community-building strategies to grow audience, amplify voice, and reinforce brand ethos.Partnership Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and distribution opportunities to expand market share and brand reach.Ideal Candidate:10+ years of executive leadership, ideally in high-growth consumer brands (beauty, wellness, health, or lifestyle).Experience scaling omnichannel businesses with strong digital/DTC roots.Experience holding an operations position Experience getting brand into top retailers Proven success managing P&L and driving sustained, profitable growth.Deep understanding of brand-building in a purpose-driven environment.Excellent communication skills and executive presence, both public-facing and internally.Passion for wellness, beauty, or personal development with a founder’s mindset.
