Press Brake OperatorLocation: Santa Fe Springs Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMEmployment Type: Full-timePay Rate:$22Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating press brake machines to perform precision bending and forming of sheet metal components. This position is ideal for individuals who are willing to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal parts according to specifications.Ensure machines are properly calibrated and adjusted for optimal performance.Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Work with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed.Assist with machine setup and operation as a trainee, learning different machines.Follow all ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance guidelines.Qualifications:Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. citizen or permanent resident required).Previous experience with press brake operation preferred but not required.Willingness to learn and operate different types of machines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Ability to pass a background check.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment.Benefits:Competitive payHealth insurance optionsPaid time off (PTO)Opportunities for growth and training
