MEG & PRESSURE VESSELS PACKAGE LEAD – TOPSIDE CONSTRUCTION TEAMLocation: Filyos Port, TurkeyContract duration: initial 12-month contract, renewableStart Date: ASAP Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks offProject: Onshore Scope – Sakarya ProjectProject Overview:The Sakarya Gas Field Development is a major offshore energy project in Turkey, with onshore facilities located at Filyos Port. The onshore scope includes topside integration, processing systems, and critical packages such as Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) and pressure vessels essential for gas treatment and export.Role Purpose:The MEG & Pressure Vessels Package Lead will be responsible for managing all construction activities related to the MEG system and pressure vessels within the topside scope. This includes overseeing installation, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating with vendors, and supporting pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.Key Responsibilities:Package Management:Lead the execution of MEG and pressure vessel packages during construction.Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards (ASME, API, ISO).Technical Oversight:Review and approve installation procedures, drawings, and vendor documentation.Provide technical support and resolve site queries (TQs) related to MEG and pressure vessels.Quality & Safety Compliance:Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality plans.Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT, and pre-commissioning activities.Coordination:Interface with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for technical clarifications and timely delivery.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of installation progress, changes, and as-built documentation.Prepare daily and weekly reports for management and client updates.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.Minimum 10+ years experience in package management and construction within oil & gas or large-scale energy projects.Strong knowledge of MEG systems, pressure vessels, and associated piping.Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME VIII, API, ISO).Experience in onshore topside integration preferred.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
