OMC system and handle the alarms13.Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues14.Perform any other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on superior requestQualification & Requirements:1, Over 3 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a background in any network optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).2, Skilled in analyzing standard KPIs (access, drop, load, traffic) through drive test logs and oss kpis.3, Strong knowledge of wireless equipment and 4G/5G principles; capable of air interface signaling analysis.4, Preferred: experience in daily 5G KPI optimization, counter-level issue analysis, 4G/5G interworking, performance analysis, and MLB load balancing, ability to optimize KPI5, Extensive experience in swap projects.6, Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to follow tasks through from start to finish.
