We work with leading employers across life, non-life, pensions, and consulting to find the right actuarial talent at every career stage.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Pricing Actuary, based in Dublin with flexibility for partial remote work. The Pricing Actuary will be responsible for conducting actuarial analysis, designing pricing models, and collaborating with underwriting and internal teams. This role requires interpreting data, evaluating risks, and supporting the development of innovative pricing strategies to meet business objectives. Insights and recommendations will be shared with key stakeholders to drive business decisions.QualificationsStrong expertise in Actuarial Science, including experience with pricing and reserving processes.Advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of Insurance and Underwriting principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively.Proficiency in Statistics and related mathematical techniques applied to actuarial analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in actuarial and statistical software tools and programming languages.A relevant actuarial qualification or significant progress toward completing one (e.g., FIA, FSA).Experience working within a pricing or insurance environment is a significant advantage.
