Pricing Manager

Our client is seeking a Pricing Manager to work as part of the business finance team, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, and based in Hong Kong or Singapore.You will partner with Regional Managing Partners, Practice Group Leaders, Client Relationship Partners, Finance, and Business Development teams to deliver strategic pricing support across Asia.In this role, you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, optimizing profitability, developing commercial fee structures, and supporting client pitches, while helping maintain the firm’s global pricing standards. You will also collaborate with colleagues across Asia, the UK, Australia, and EMEA on global pricing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Key Requirements:A good understanding of alternative fee arrangements utilized in law firm pricingExtremely numerate, with the proven ability to convert complex/raw data into concise and actionable intelligenceHigh level of understanding of law firm economics and fee modelsStrong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills including experience in building strong relationships of trust with senior stakeholders and/or clientsSelf-starter Proficient Excel skills and be to demonstrate experience with and/or a curiosity around AI to drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvement
