Be the voice of expertise in Employment Relations. Provide expert employment relations leadership, drive strategic policy development and represent Metro South Health at Eight Mile Plains . This role is temporary full time for 6 months.Your New RoleAs the Principal Consultant, Employment Relations, you will play a key role in delivering expert industrial and employment relations advice across Metro South Health. You will:Lead the development, review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and supporting frameworks.Provide high-level advice, research and analysis on complex employment relations and human resource matters.Represent Metro South Health in industrial tribunals and commissions, including preparing submissions and advocacy as required.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, government agencies and health service teams, while managing a small team and contributing to a positive workforce culture. About you: You are a strategic, influential and solutions-focused professional with deep expertise in employment and industrial relations.
