Role PurposeWe are seeking self-motivated Principal Consultant, Healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships.This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships together with selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.2. Recruiting:Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Utilize recruitment databases and tools to identify potential candidates.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with clients and candidates.3. Candidate Management:Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and roleTaking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates4. Market Intelligence:Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality, and resultsStay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity5. Target:Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment6. Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.7. Recruitment Strategy:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
