This is a remote position (U.S. only) with an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to modernizing products and integrating cutting-edge data solutions across the enterprise.Location: RemoteRate: 70-80hr.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Lead innovation lab efforts focused on cloud-native product modernization and emerging technologiesDesign and build AI/ML/NLP prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions that address complex business challengesEnsure compliance with cybersecurity standards and implement best practices for transparency, traceability, and data governanceDevelop and operationalize predictive models, ML algorithms, and statistical analysesPresent data-driven insights, recommendations, and demonstrations to executive and technical stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutionsMentor junior data scientists and promote adoption of new tools and techniquesStay current on advancements in AI research, machine learning, and cloud architectureExperience RequirementsMinimum 9+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML/NLP, and data-driven solution deliveryStrong experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, along with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and DatabricksFamiliarity with Terraform, GitLab Pipelines, Docker, and DevSecOps automationExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsEducation RequirementsMaster’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related fieldSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
