The technology stack includes popular open source Java technologies and frameworks for enterprise and distributed computing. Thus, there is ample scope for collaboration and contribution to open source. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance enterprise systems, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex distributed computing challenges.What You'll Do Contribute actively to open source projects as a core contributor. Design and optimize Java-based enterprise applications for large-scale deployments. Architect advanced distributed systems solutions for high-performance computing. Lead performance optimization initiatives for enterprise-grade applications. Drive scalable system architecture development using Java technologies. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.What We Are Looking For 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Java expertise. Proven experience in enterprise application development and architecture. Strong expertise in distributed systems design and implementation. Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques for Java applications. Proficiency in open source development and community collaboration.
