As a Principal Program Manager, you will be a key leader within the Global Operations, Operational Excellence team in the Test & Measurement Business Unit. You will be responsible for driving major strategic initiatives, ensuring critical business outcomes, and collaborating with senior leaders across the organization. This role provides an opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams and influence the direction of the Business Unit. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead transformational initiatives aligned with the T&M strategy, ensuring measurable business impact.Manage cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, utilizing standard project management tools and best practices, including detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.Develop actionable deliverables, such as decision logs, risk assessments, communication strategies, and performance metrics.Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing senior leadership and driving alignment.Apply analytical thinking to solve complex challenges and optimize business processes.Utilize project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies to deliver sustainable results.Establish policy and business rules that drive global efficiency while addressing regional needs.Develop and execute change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption and integration.Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.Identify and address barriers to change, implementing solutions that drive adoption and success.Optimally communicate to all levels – from senior management to individual contributors. Who You Are:You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You build driven and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action.For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.5-7 years of experience in business project management.3-5 years of experience in change management.Advanced English level to ensure excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. (B2+).Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects.Experience working with senior leadership across the organization.Strong, clear, and concise communication and influencing skills.Experience in workshop facilitation or training delivery, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.Self-motivated and proactive.Able to deal with ambiguity.Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate,etc.)Experience with AI or Automation Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies Experience with process managementLean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plusOur Offer to You:We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing and know that to do your best you should have flexible, competitive benefit plans to meet you and your family’s physical, mental, financial, and social needs.
