Acting as the primary technical liaison and account partner, this role drives design adoption, product integration, issue resolution, and customer training throughout the product lifecycle. Our global team supports customers in implementing high-performance solutions for next-generation AI and compute platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical engagement with strategic customers to ensure successful integration of interconnect technologies into AI and custom server designs.Pre-design phase: Collaborate with customers to capture design requirements, align them with product roadmaps, and monitor progress toward design wins.Post-design phase: Support new product introduction (NPI) milestones to meet customer launch timelines.Provide architectural guidance and schematic reviews, educating customers on product capabilities and best practices.Manage and resolve reported product issues, ensuring timely progression to final disposition and clear communication of status.Serve as the central point of contact between internal engineering teams (systems, quality, development, performance, test, manufacturing) and external stakeholders for efficient debugging and resolution.Coordinate technical training sessions for customer teams.Identify and mobilize resources needed to close customer issues effectively.Escalate critical or sensitive defects to leadership with clear action plans.Organize and lead meetings with account teams and customers, documenting outcomes and action items.Communicate technical feedback to marketing, product management, and engineering regarding customer designs and feature requests.Manage expectations and deliverables, track incident metrics, and implement process improvements.Travel as needed, including occasional international trips.What You Need For The PositionMinimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: technical program management, customer application engineering, or software/hardware development involving complex customer features, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.Knowledge of AI server platforms and system architecture.Background in managing high-profile enterprise accounts within the semiconductor or computer hardware/software sectors.Outstanding communication skills-clear written and verbal abilities combined with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building expertise.Proven experience in account coordination and escalation handling, including driving critical technical communications across global regions such as China and Taiwan.Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide projects and resolve issues effectively.Capability to manage multiple priorities and customer-facing tasks simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with flexibility to support activities across different time zones.Hands-on approach to technical problem-solving, including debugging and data analysis, and familiarity with software concepts.Highly self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies and processes.PCIe switch experience - nice to have NOT essentialBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurance FSA and HSA401k with matchESPPGenerous PTOAnnual bonus from 15-30% (depending on your level)VERY generous stocks!
