The successful candidate will lead efforts in identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing the tendering and proposal lifecycle, and establishing strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue growth. The role requires strong expertise in government and enterprise procurement, proposal management, and relationship-building within competitive markets.
? Key Responsibilities? Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors, including government and enterprise accountsBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channelsResearch industry trends, competitor activity, and procurement forecasts to identify and shape sales strategies? Tender & Proposal ManagementProactively source tenders and RFx opportunities through portals and government channelsDraft technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and compliance standardsStructure formal quotation requests and documentation, ensuring accuracy and VAT complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing and solution architecturesCoordinate proposal timelines, approval workflows, and submission logistics? Client & Stakeholder EngagementDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, vendors, and government stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring excellent communication and serviceConduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions to drive customer satisfaction and retention? Sales Execution & Performance ReportingAchieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets and growth KPIsReport on tender pipeline status, proposal outcomes, and business impactPrepare presentations, sales forecasts, and dashboards for leadership teams? Strategic Insight & CollaborationContribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and service offeringsRepresent Prish Group at industry events, forums, and trade showsProvide strategic insights to optimize procurement and proposal effectiveness? Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or IT-related field3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, proposal management, and procurement coordinationDemonstrated expertise in UAE government procurement practices, including formal RFx handling and VAT complianceStrong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and proposal authoring toolsSkilled in drafting detailed technical and commercial proposals for IT solutions (hardware, licensing, AV, GIS, etc.
)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilitiesProven ability to manage bulk procurement and vendor relationsEntrepreneurial mindset with sharp attention to detail and strategic thinking? Preferred AttributesExperience working with government tenders and large enterprise bidsFamiliarity with vendor registration portals, MySQL licensing, Microsoft 365 renewals, Adobe VIP programs, and software support renewalsAbility to coach junior team members and contribute to leadership development initiativesEstablished network within the regional IT industry (including partnerships like Lenovo)
