Private Debt Solution Professional

We working with our client to place a highly motivated investment professional to join our Private Capital Solutions team. This role focuses on the origination and execution of private debt investment opportunities across Southeast Asia and the broader region.Key Responsibilities:● Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of credit investment transactions within technology, fintech and lending sectors across Southeast Asia, South Asia and Central Asia.● Develop and refine investment thesis, deal structures of potential opportunities● Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with credit investors, including family offices and institutional investors to facilitate deal syndication● Preparation & presentation of teasers, investment slide decks, memorandums, data rooms, and financial analysis of private credit opportunities to senior management, investors and business partners● Lead cross-functional collaboration with legal, financial, and other third parties on deal execution Skill sets & RequirementBachelor’s or master’s degree in business or finance-related discipline3-6 years of working experience in corporate finance, banking or transaction advisoryStrong interest in the tech and financial sectors and willing to build a strong networkExcellent communication / presentation and relationship management skillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be responded to, therefore if you do not receive a response within 14 days please accept this as notification that you have not been shortlisted.EA Licence No : 11C5502Registration No : R1872371
