With more than 1,800 professionals globally and a strong heritage in transformative, long-term ownership, the firm is recognised for its operational approach and partnership-driven investment philosophy.The Munich office is a key hub for the DACH region, investing across diversified sectors such as industrials, healthcare, business services, consumer, and technology. Following a record fundraise and several high-profile exits, the team is expanding at Associate level to support continued investment activity across Europe.Key Responsibilities:• Support the full deal cycle including sourcing, valuation, and execution of investments across multiple industries• Build detailed financial models and conduct market, operational, and strategic analyses• Participate in due diligence processes alongside external advisors and management teams• Work directly with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and bolt-on acquisitions• Develop thematic insights and sector research to identify new opportunities in the DACH and broader European markets• Prepare materials for investment committee presentations and internal approvalsCandidate Profile:1.5–4 years of experience in investment banking (M&A or leveraged finance), top-tier consulting, or private equity / growth investingStrong academic performance from a leading institutionExcellent analytical and financial modelling capabilitiesFluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated interest in private equity and a willingness to relocate to MunichOpportunity:Join one of the most respected private equity platforms globally with a collaborative, long-term ownership cultureExposure to a broad range of industries and cross-border transactions within a European investment mandateHigh degree of responsibility and interaction with senior professionals from day oneStrong career development potential within an expanding Munich-based teamCompetitive compensation including base salary, bonus, and performance-related incentives
