Position Title: Private Equity Fund ManagerJob Summary:The Private Equity Fund Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s private equity investments, including fundraising, deal sourcing, portfolio management, and investor relations. The role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in structuring funds, managing investor capital, and generating superior risk-adjusted returns through disciplined investment and exit strategies.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall private equity fund strategy aligned with the company’s growth and diversification objectives.Structure and manage investment vehicles to maximize returns and ensure compliance with SEC/SET regulations.Define fund objectives, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks.Lead fundraising activities with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).Prepare investment decks, information memorandums, and financial models to support capital raising efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with limited partners (LPs) and external stakeholders.Provide regular performance updates, quarterly fund reports, and investment briefings to investors.Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in hospitality, real estate, and emerging sectors.Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment to support investment decisions.Negotiate deal terms, structure transactions, and oversee legal and financial documentation.Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, BD) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, law firms).Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to enhance value creation.Review quarterly valuations, financial performance, and exit readiness of portfolio assets.Optimize fund liquidity, IRR, and cash flow management.Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and governance frameworks.Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage fund structures and investor agreements.Maintain high ethical and fiduciary standards in fund management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, with at least 3 years in a fund management or leadership role.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.Deep understanding of fundraising processes, fund structures, and exit strategies.Knowledge of Thai SEC/SET regulations and fund governance.Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.High integrity, analytical rigor, and result orientation.Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.Office Location: Sukhumvit 16, Bangkok, Thailand
