Job Overview:The Finance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial operations and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strong financial controls and regulatory compliance within a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role leads financial reporting under IFRS/GAAP, manages audit processes, and delivers timely and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the position will drive operational efficiencies across cash flow, accounting processes, and financial systems while guiding a high-performing finance team and serving as a key business partner to senior leadership.Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)Job Description:1. Oversee and handle end-to-end financial operations, including:-Design accounting control processes for FinTech products (e.g., digital payments, cash management), including implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Manage cash flow and optimize capital efficiency.Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights for decision-making.Involve in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly reporting.Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).Preparation of financial statements to meet local GAAP requirementsPrepare financial data for regulatory forms submission (e.g. Central Bank in each jurisdiction)Lead the preparation for audits, coordinating with external auditors and all stakeholders, as well as ensuring all required documentation and processes are in place.2. Lead annual audits with approved accounting firms 3. Responsible for regulatory compliance reporting and addressing on-site inspections Job Qualification:Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and leadership for payment or fintech companies.Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional Certifications (Preferred): ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent professional qualification.Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing or leading a small finance team, with strong people management skills and a focus on team development.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero or similar ERP systems).Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), regulatory requirements and tax compliance.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present complex information in a clear and actionable manner.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Preferred Skills:Previous experience in auditing and finance role.Experience with financial closing process and business strategy support.Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
