Location: Weatherford, TX (Private Ranch Residence | Housing & Meals Provided)Schedule: Full-Time, 5–6 Days/Week | Flexible and On-Call as NeededCompensation: $5,000–$6,000/Month + Private Housing + MealsPosition OverviewA distinguished private equity and real estate entrepreneur is seeking a highly professional, organized, and service-oriented Executive Assistant / Residence Coordinator to provide full coverage support across both business and personal matters at a private ranch estate in Weatherford, Texas.This is a hands-on, full-time role during a period requiring comprehensive assistance; including business management, personal coordination, and transportation. The position requires a candidate who is reliable, discreet, and polished, capable of maintaining high standards and anticipating needs in every detail.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive executive and personal support, including scheduling, correspondence, and calendar managementManage transportation logistics, including driving, vehicle coordination, and travel assistanceServe as liaison between the principal, vendors, staff, and business contacts with discretion and professionalismOversee daily household organization, errands, and vendor coordinationAssist with light childcare duties and event preparation as neededSupport ongoing business projects, investor calls, and private matters confidentiallyMaintain a polished, calm, and solution-oriented presence in a dynamic environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a refined, dependable, and professional individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities seamlesslyComposed and efficient under pressure, with excellent time management skillsType A personality — driven, reliable, and results-focused, with a strong sense of accountabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredCollege degree preferred; prior experience in private service or executive-level support is strongly valuedCompensation & Living Arrangements$5,000–$6,000/month, based on experiencePrivate housing and daily meals provided during the full-coverage periodCandidate may live on-site or commute daily if within 10–15 milesShort-term live-in period required during the initial full-coverage phaseTypically 5–6 days per week, with flexibility as neededPotential for long-term placement with a respected private family office and real estate enterpriseTo ApplyPlease submit your résumé and professional references to: mike@dwg-re.com
