Private Label Account Executive

We are committed to delivering high-quality products, backed by years of experience and strict adherence to internationally approved standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 22000, HACCP, and ISO 9001.Job Title:Private Label Account ExecutiveRole Objective:To manage and grow the Private Label client portfolio by overseeing the full project lifecycle—from lead generation and initial order processing to production follow-up and final delivery. This role acts as the primary link between the factory and its clients, combining account management, business development, and technical coordination to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire Private Label project cycle, from initial order receipt to final delivery.• Identify and pursue new Private Label opportunities through multiple channels, including exhibitions, websites, direct outreach, and industrial platforms.• Handle customer inquiries through the website or email and convert qualified leads into successful business deals.• Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with relevant internal departments.• Follow up on production progress with technical teams to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continued collaboration.• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion within the Private Label sector.• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client activity, and new business opportunities.• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract target clients.Required Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field or a related discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine).• 3 to 5 years of experience in Private Label manufacturing, industrial B2B sales, or a related field—preferably within the medical, cosmetic, or personal care sector.• Strong understanding of industrial production workflows and quality assurance requirements.• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication tools.• Highly organized, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
