Lead Coach

We’re Hiring: Lead Coach (Arabic, ICF-PCC or Equivalent)We are looking for an experienced Lead Coach to design, lead, and quality-assure a high-impact leadership and wellbeing coaching program for senior leaders in the public sector.📍 Location: Saudi Arabia 🕒 Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Project-based]The Lead Coach will be responsible for designing the coaching and mentoring methodology, delivering executive and leadership coaching sessions, and supervising a Senior Coach. You will also lead the wellbeing coaching tracks and ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and quality across all coaching engagements.Design and refine the overall coaching and mentoring methodology for the program.Deliver executive and leadership coaching sessions (Program 1) to senior and high-potential leaders.Supervise and mentor the Senior Coach, providing guidance and oversight.Review and perform quality assurance (QA) on:Individual coaching plansLeadership assessments and analysis reportsDesign and facilitate 4 wellbeing cohorts, focusing on:ResilienceFocus & mental clarityPsychological safetyWellbeing-focused leadershipEnsure strict confidentiality and ethical standards across all coaching activities.Collaborate with stakeholders to align coaching outcomes with organizational goals, especially in public-sector contexts.Arabic native speaker (required).ICF-PCC credential (or equivalent, e.g. EMCC Senior Practitioner).12–15+ years of experience in leadership and executive coaching.Proven experience working with public-sector organizations or government entities.Strong background in wellbeing coaching, including resilience, stress management, psychological safety and wellbeing leadership.Demonstrated ability to design coaching frameworks, tools, and methodologies (not only deliver sessions).Experience supervising other coaches and reviewing coaching outputs and reports.High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and psychological safety.If you meet these criteria and are passionate about developing leaders and promoting sustainable wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.
