Job Description

Banquet Supervisor day to day:Pre-EventReview Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and confirm all details.Inspect banquet rooms for proper setup: tables, chairs, linens, décor, AV equipment.Conduct team briefing to explain event schedule and guest expectations.Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for timing and special requests.During EventSupervise banquet staff to ensure smooth service.Monitor food and beverage delivery and presentation.Act as the main contact for the client, addressing any requests or issues promptly.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the event.Post-EventOversee breakdown and cleanup of the venue.Ensure equipment and supplies are stored correctly.Complete event reports and communicate feedback to management.Prepare rooms for the next function.Administrative TasksSchedule and assign staff shifts.Train new team members and conduct performance checks.Manage inventory of banquet supplies and request replenishment when needed.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.What we need from you?Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred Must speak local language Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law How do I deliver this?We genuinely care about people and we show this through living out our promise of True Hospitality each and every day.
