What The Role IsAir Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) in CAAS play a critical role in maintaining Singapore's position as a leading international air hub. This unique profession requires drive and passion with a steadfast commitment to excellence.What You Will Be Working OnAs a member of a specialised team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of air traffic not only at Changi and Seletar Airports, but as well as throughout Singapore’s bustling airspace. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, you will direct air traffic with a keen focus on safety and operational efficiency.What We Are Looking For Tertiary qualifications Possess a keen interest in contributing to the nation’s aviation sector Composed and able to respond decisively to dynamic situations in an operational environment Possess strong communication skills, and able to work effectively with stakeholders Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task under pressure Medically fit to fulfil requirements of the roleWe regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified about the next steps of the selection process, which may include several rounds of online, in-person interviews and assessment tests. Please note that the selection process will commence in September 2025, and the entire process is expected to take 3 to 4 months.Applications will close by December 2025. The upcoming round of training for successful candidates is scheduled to commence in February/March 2026.Successful candidates will undergo an intensive training programme to acquire the essential competencies, following which they will be obligated to fulfil a 2-year training bond.
