Your new role As an RPA Analyst, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document processes, and support the design of scalable solutions. You'll contribute to a central design hub and help shape best practices across the organisation. What you'll need to succeed You'll need proven experience in process analysis and documentation, strong communication skills, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence, Visio or SharePoint. A good grasp of IT design principles and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) will help you thrive.
