In this role, you will drive global strategies for processes and data, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across regions. If you have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP), and a passion for designing and implementing innovative processes, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.YOUR TASKSDevelop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory managementEnsure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision makingEnsure knowledge build up and sharing across regions & sites (e.g., concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)Design and maintain standardized inventory monitoring and escalation governanceLead process modeling, documentation, and training of local experts during rolloutsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSAcademic degree or proven track record in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldStrong analytical mindset with skills in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Demonstrated capability in process design, problem solving, and structured implementationGreat interest in the conception and implementation of new processes; organized and hands-on working styleProficient in English and German; willingness to travel occasionallyWE OFFER Flexible working hours with no core time and the possibility to work from homeFurther training and international career opportunitiesCorporate health management "PALfit"Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and a daily meal subsidyJob ticket for travel to and from PALFINGERNumerous employee discounts through Corporate BenefitsMinimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53 241,02 based on full-time employment.
