Process Engineer :JDFinancial Services or related disciplineKnowledge of Financial Services processes, systems and productsProficiency in ARIS for process design and architectureProficiency in ADO, MS OfficeWorkshop facilitation skillsProject Management tools & methods (e.g. Clarity, ADO, MS Project)Data & Reporting skills (e.g. MS Excel, project dashboards, status reports, KPI tracking)Collaboration and communication tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)Financial and contract managementYears experience in process design / process analysis engagement for large complex global enterprisesUnderstanding of process design and improvement best practices.Experience in aligning process blueprinting method with Agile based project delivery approachLeading process blueprinting initiativesProject leadership and deliveryStakeholder & communication managementFinancial & resource managementConceptual and Analytical skillsYrs experience in team building, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsFlexibility – ability to adapt to changes and ad hoc issuesPrioritisation – ability to prioritise projects and daily tasksInterpretation & analytical skills to translate business policies for the wider groupCommunication skills – written and verbalAble to identify and implement creative solutionsRelationship buildingMaking effective recommendationsCustomer focus – this role involves consideration of the best possible solution
