The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.Job DescriptionProcess management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)Develop new process，sample parameter set and buildingPerform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualificationNew product feasibility and industrializationPerform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)Improve performance of production line, such as output, CT,OEE, scrap costAnalyze quality issue and failure modeSupport on customer auditQualificationsEducation Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineeringProfessional Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ; Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers Good command of written and oral English Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.Additional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
