Job DescriptionAbout This Job: As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and implementing processes that enhance efficiency and quality across various functions in Operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine processes and systems behind from the Ops users’ perspective, aiming to create the best user experience, ensuring outcomes meet the highest standards of performance and compliance, as well as meet clients’ needs. In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies and methodologies to optimize processes and drive transformation across various functions.Key Responsibilities:Process Development: Design, develop, and troubleshoot advanced processes for Operations, with a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiencyData Simulation: Understand e2e data flow, the final product specs, raw data inputs, identify, quality, and explain dependencies in between, build simulation methodologies and tools to test various upstream impacts on final data(product) delivered to clientsProject Management: Plan and execute projects, including the development of process modules and the analysis of experimental results, followed up with deployment across the organizationCollaboration: Work closely with ops teams, engineering teams, operational leaders, product leaders, and other stakeholders to improve, standardize, and innovate the processesCompliance: Conduct compliance assessments and ensure all users comply with process standardsContinuous Improvement: Monitor and update current system processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practicesTechnical Expertise: Utilize your strong technical background to develop new and improved processes, ensuring they align with company goals for safety, customer experience, capacity, quality, and costProcess Automation: Apply robotics, machine learning, cognitive AI, and other technologies to develop and implement automation strategiesClient Collaboration: Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs, advise on process improvements, and implement transformative actionsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience in process engineering, with a focus on automation and transformationExcellent project management and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical concepts clearlyStrong sense of responsibility and adaptability to changing environmentsPreferred Skills:Experience with process automation technologies, strategy consulting, or digital transformationsFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices in process engineeringProficiency in relevant software and tools for process design and analysisExperience with process automation technologies, strategy consulting, or digital transformationsFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices in process engineeringProficiency in relevant software and tools for process design and analysisWe offer:Benefits package: Multisport card, private medical coverage Medicover, life insurance, Benefit platform allowing to purchase cinema, theater tickets, sport activities etc.;Additional days off and recognition of special moments in your life;Stable working environment with an employment contract;A possibility to create an individual career path, additional trainings, and access to Linkedin Learning;A possibility to engage in charity;Modern office in a great location, next to Dworzec Gdański metro station;Work in hybrid mode (2 days a week from the office).
