Job Description:Participate, fine tune, commission and troubleshoot automation machinesMaintain and update process documentation recordOptimise the assembly processes to meet Safety, Productivity requirementsEnsure processes are in compliance all regulationIdentify, drive, mentor, and implement projects that improve overall production qualitTo commission automation machines in overseas plant Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering fields with at least 1 years of engineering/automation experiencProficiency in SolidWordStrong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skillAbility to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutionStrong interpersonal and leadership skillAbility to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel and able to work weekend/shifts when required
