As part of the broader Manufacturing Portfolio, we have facilities including Springhill that deliver variety of coated products, innovative solutions and services to our domestic and export customers.The Metal Coating Department produces and supplies metal-coated products for building, pre-painted, distribution, and manufacturing applications. As a key member of the Shift Management Team, you’ll provide technical support to the production lines and services within the department. You’ll help ensure customer expectations are met by monitoring product quality and output during your shift. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure optimum operation of the line equipment. This is a great opportunity to further your leadership skills and take responsibility for leading the operations of the line and supporting the shift operations team leader.This position works a 12-hour shift, 4 on (2 days/2 nights), 4 off roster. Shift start and finish times are 6am – 6pm.
