CATL's EV battery consumption volume has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years and global energy storage battery shipment has also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.Responsibilities:1.Requirements Analysis:Gain an in-depth understanding of client needs, collect and analyze pain points and requirements in processes and systems.Communicate and engage with clients, draft requirements analysis reports, and provide a basis for designing subsequent solutions.2.Solution Design:Design digital and intelligent solutions based on client needs, including but not limited to big data analytics, artificial intelligence applications, IoT integration, and cloud computing platforms.Develop detailed implementation plans, including technical architecture, system integration, data management, and security strategies.3.Daily Process and System Operations and Maintenance:Oversee internal SAP SD and systems related to demand-to-invoicing projects, including requirements analysis, system configuration based on needs, testing, and go-live support.Manage daily operations and maintenance of SAP SD and other sales-related systems, including addressing user inquiries, handling simple requests, and resolving bugs.Process Optimization and Improvement: Collaborate closely with various departments to review existing processes, identify bottlenecks and shortcomings, and propose improvement solutions.Requirements:1.Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.2.Work Experience:At least 3 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or operational support for the ERP-SD module, with experience in at least 2 full ERP project lifecycles.Preference given to candidates with successful experience in implementing digital and intelligent projects related to order management.3.Professional Skills:Familiarity with all stages and processes of the order management chain in manufacturing, with the ability to identify and resolve pain points and issues at each stage.Strong project management skills, familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Proficiency in office software such as VISIO, XMIND, PPT, and Excel.Can use English and local language as working language, Chinese is plus.
