Job DescriptionLead and develop a high-performing team, including in-house staff and BPO vendor teams. Foster a strong team culture, set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance reviews to drive engagement and results.Manage day-to-day operations across Listings, Video Content, and Livestream moderation. Ensure all content meets platform guidelines, community standards, and regulatory requirements.Work closely with the MY team to align on local priorities, market trends, and user expectations. Collaborate to localize global standards, resolve escalations, and drive shared initiatives.Work closely with HR and relevant stakeholders to identify hiring needs, participate in recruitment processes, and onboard new team members to build a strong and capable operations team.Implement strong review and enforcement mechanisms to ensure accurate, high-quality listings and engaging, policy-compliant livestream and video content.Identify operational pain points and design scalable, data-driven solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput across content operations.Proactively monitor and escalate platform risks, including regulatory compliance, public sentiment issues, and viral content cases.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience leading a content moderation, platform QC, or operations team (preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital content platforms).Familiarity with content policy enforcement, trust & safety, or marketplace operations is a plus.Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to track performance, identify trends, and support team members in achieving both productivity and quality KPIs.Ability to develop structured performance reports and present insights to senior management.Experience managing a high-performance team, including in-house staff and third-party vendors.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues efficiently.Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written) to engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
