Home | PHOENIX groupThe heart of the roleContract Negotiation and Procurement Management:Identify cost-saving opportunities through deep analysis of global procurement data and expenditure trends using advanced tools.Drive global projects by providing data-driven insights for contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring optimal commercial terms for Phoenix Group.Consolidate and interpret global supplier performance metrics to support strategic decisions and optimize value delivery across markets.Financial and Data Analysis:Monitor and analyze global procurement data to track expenditure trends and highlight efficiency opportunities.Generate actionable insights from spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-reduction opportunities and support strategic procurement decisions in collaboration with data, sourcing, and category teams.Compliance and Vendor Onboarding:Collaborate with international stakeholders and the sourcing team to proactively manage purchases and secure the best commercial deals by providing necessary data.Ensure all procurement processes align with regulatory standards and risk management protocols globally.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other data analysts to develop and refine best practices for data quality, accuracy, and usability across global procurement datasets.Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and savings tools by providing feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the adoption of best practices across global projects.What makes you beatStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and compare complex spend and savings data.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for procurement data analysis and reporting.High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of legal contract review and negotiation.Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.5+ years of experience in a procurement or commercial-based role.Proven track record of contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost-saving initiatives.Our colleagues value the mostIn addition to the usual perks at SSCs, such as private health insurance, annual bonus, public transport compensation, referral bonus, pet-friendly office with entertainment area, team buildings, and social events, we offer:Hybrid work from the heart of Vilnius and your beloved home💖Language courses and other trainings.Free parking.4 trust days per year.Gamified monetary rewards for automation projects. 🎁Individualized competency development plan for your future career.100€ for your home office. 💲Salary 2500 - 3100 EUR GROSSGood luck finding better colleagues than us.
