The ideal candidate will be passionate about extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, transforming raw data into meaningful information, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various departments. This role requires a strong analytical mind, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.🛠 Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistencyPerform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesDevelop and maintain ETLs, dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and insightsCollaborate with product, engineering and marketing to understand their data needs and provide analytical supportDesign and execute A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new features, campaigns, and business strategiesIdentify opportunities for process improvementTranslate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders🎯 Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical roleProficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, DBTStrong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Lightdash, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental designExcellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills, business driven mindsetAbility to translate complex data insights into business recommendations and effectively communicate to diverse audiencesExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automationMaster's degree in a relevant field would be an advantageFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS) would be an advantageExperience working in an agile development environment would be an advantageKnowledge of machine learning concepts and applications would be an advantageAbout our perks:💸 Salary ranges from €4,000 to €6,000 depending on expertise and experience🏠 Work when and where you’re most productive — remote, hybrid, or in-office🥙 Team lunch every day, cooked with love by our in-house chefs📈 Stock options after your trial period🏋️ Gym access + personal trainer (optional but encouraged — it’s fun with the team!)✈️ Spontaneous team trips — we recently flew the team to San Francisco💻 MacBook and any other tools you need to do your best work
