Procurement Engineer – Dubai

The Impact Pro is hiring – Procurement Engineer | Dubai, UAEWe are recruiting on behalf of our client in the UAE for the position of Procurement Engineer to manage the full procurement lifecycle and ensure efficient, cost-effective sourcing of construction materials, equipment, and services for building and high-rise projects.Key Responsibilities:Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers and manufacturers as per project specifications.Obtain and assess quotations from multiple vendors for all construction materials.Prepare technical submittals, data sheets, and catalogues for consultant/client approval.Negotiate final offers and coordinate payment terms with the Finance team.Work closely with Planning to align procurement schedules with project timelines.Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials on site.Identify cost-effective equivalent products and secure consultant approvals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).7–10 years of procurement experience, with minimum 5 years in the UAE.Proven experience supporting building construction and high-rise tower projects.Specialized in construction materials from all angles: Civil, MEP, ELV, carpentry, joinery, and finishes.Strong technical understanding of construction materials and specifications.Demonstrated experience in international sourcing and handling LC/shipping procedures.Excellent negotiation, coordination, vendor management, and reporting skills.Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.How to Apply:Kindly submit your updated résumé to recruit@theimpact.pro and include “Procurement Engineer – Dubai” in the subject line.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
