Procurement Executive

Location : Kandivali, MaharashtraExp : 2 to 3 yearsThis role is essential for sourcingand acquiring high-quality materials, fixtures, fittings, and services for our luxury prefaband designer home projects. The ideal candidate will help maintain a streamlinedsupply chain to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our high design andquality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance Travel & Vendor Vetting : Must be willing and able to travel asneeded to perform mandatory supplier Pre-Inspections and Vendor Qualifications toensure quality control, compliance, and supply chain integrity.Purchase Order Management: Process purchase requisitions into Purchase Orders(POs) using our ERP/procurement system and track orders to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials.Supplier & Vendor Relations: Identify and qualify new suppliers for high-end,sustainable, or custom-designed products. Communicate daily with existing suppliers toresolve discrepancies and confirm order specifications. Maintain an organized vendordatabase.Cost Control & Documentation: Obtain and analyse price quotations to support costcomparisons and negotiations. Maintain accurate procurement records, includingdelivery notes, invoices, and payment documentation. Coordinate with the Financedepartment for prompt supplier payments.Project & Inventory Support: Collaborate with Design, Project Management, andLogistics teams to understand material specifications and delivery timelines. Monitorinventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders. Immediately flag potential risksrelated to supply shortages, price volatility, or delivery delays to the ProcurementManager.Administrative Support: Prepare regular procurement reports and assist indeveloping and implementing procurement procedures.Required Skills And QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) isessential.Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a Procurement, Purchasing, orAdministrative role, preferably within the Construction, Builders , Interior Design, orReal Estate industry.Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills,strong verbal and written communication, and a proactive and analytical approach toproblem-solving. Knowledge of materials, fixtures, and fittings used in high-end interior fit-out orconstruction projects. Basic understanding of contract terms and negotiation principles. A keen eye for quality and value consistent with a luxury design brand.
