Position Title: Procurement ManagerReports To: CFOLocation: ChalandriEmployment Type: Full-time, OnsiteJOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and develop our procurement function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this key role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the quality and efficiency of the services we deliver to our clients. The successful candidate will drive cost-effective sourcing strategies, establish vendor partnerships, and negotiate service contracts that align with our operational goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape procurement practices within a growing, service-focused organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with service delivery goals. Source and evaluate vendors for services Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality andcost efficiency. Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues promptly. Collaborate with department heads to forecast service needs and budgetaccordingly. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and Supplierevaluations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. QUALIFICATIONS:University degree either in Business Administration, Logistics, or relatedfields. - 3–5 years of experience in similar position.Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with procurement software and vendor management and evaluationtools.
