SAMMAN Group is committed to becoming a leader in civil, architectural, and electromechanical construction in the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager Engineer (MEP) located in Ad-Dokki. The role involves managing the procurement process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including supplier evaluations, preparation and negotiation of contracts, and procurement coordination. The individual will oversee the supply chain, ensure materials are sourced cost-effectively, and maintain vendor relationships. The Procurement Manager Engineer will also ensure compliance with quality standards and work to optimize operations and cost efficiency in procurement activities.QualificationsProficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processesStrong Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skillsAdvanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-makingDemonstrated knowledge of MEP systems and materialsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teamsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar Procurement Manager or MEP position is highly advantageousProficiency in procurement software and tools is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines
