Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage Low Dollar spend categories and act as a generalist buyer across multiple sourcing categories. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in a global setup, with exposure to diverse categories and strong stakeholder management skills. This role requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining compliance and service quality.Key Responsibilities:Category Management & SourcingManage procurement for low-dollar spend categories across multiple business unitsExecute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as office supplies, IT peripherals, professional services, and miscellaneous spendGlobal Procurement OperationsWork within global procurement frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate policiesSupport regional and global sourcing initiatives as requiredVendor ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage suppliers for low-value categoriesNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value optimizationProcess OptimizationDrive efficiency in procurement processes for low-dollar transactionsEnsure timely purchase order creation, contract execution, and supplier performance monitoringStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutionsAct as a trusted advisor for business units on sourcing best practicesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferredExperience: 6–10 years in procurement/sourcing with exposure to multiple categories; global experience preferredTechnical Skills:Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)Strong understanding of sourcing processes and compliance requirementsPreferred Skills & Attributes:Strong negotiation and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple categories and priorities simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on cost optimization and complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Cost Savings: Achieve targeted savings on low-dollar spend categoriesCompliance: 100% adherence to procurement policies and audit requirementsCycle Time: Reduction in purchase order and sourcing cycle timeSupplier Performance: Maintain high vendor performance ratingsStakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from internal customersPerformance Metrics:Annual cost savings target (e.g., 5–8% of managed spend)100% compliance with governance and audit standardsReduction in sourcing cycle time by 10–15%Supplier performance rating above 90%Stakeholder engagement score above 4.5/5Additional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
