Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Procurement Manager. Based in the south of Jakarta, the Procurement Manager will oversee and manage procurement activities, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiation, to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards. The role combines in-office collaboration with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processesStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract ManagementDemonstrated Analytical Skills for effective decision-making and problem-solvingProven ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing supplier relationshipsKnowledge of the Energy Industry or related sectors is a plusFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
