Overview: Our client is a leading Caribbean manufacturer of architectural and industrial coatings, with production in six countries and distribution across 15+ markets. Due to growth, they are seeking to employ a professional who is customer centric and analytical to join the Cayman Islands operations.Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain and update the procurement database, ensuring all vendor information, purchase records and other related procurement matters are current. Organize and file procurement documents, such as contracts and purchase orders, for audit and regulatory compliance. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in business / administration or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or Three (3) A’ Level passes including Business or a Diploma / associate’s degree in business / administration. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of supply chain systems, customer service processes and related business modules would be an asset. High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude. Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint industry would be an asset. Open to learning and innovation with a growth mindset. Enthusiastic, with a readiness to champion best practices to meet challenges in a fast-paced environment.
