Maintains transparent procurement records, optimizes cost efficiency, and supports seamless coordination between departments and suppliers.Role & ResponsibilitiesExecute purchase requests and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and prepare purchase orders through the ERP system.Track all purchase orders, delivery timelines, and payment processes.Maintain accurate procurement documentation for audits and management reporting.Collaborate with Warehouse and Production teams to forecast and plan material needs.Monitor market trends, identify alternative suppliers, and mitigate supply risks.Ensure compliance with company policies, budget controls, and ethical procurement standards.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in ERP systems (mandatory).2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Excellent record-keeping, vendor management, and reporting capabilities.Knowledge of import documentation and sourcing processes is an advantage.Benefits & Culture HighlightsComprehensive health insurance.Fast-paced environment fostering technical skills development and career growth.Opportunity to work at the forefront of African manufacturing excellence.Supportive team culture promoting work-life balance.Skills: erp systems,communication,time management,data management,problem solving
