Our experienced team collaborates closely with clients to revolutionize how technology empowers businesses to achieve efficiency and innovation.Role DescriptionResponsibility 1 - Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation:Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers. Maintain an updated database of approved vendors. Responsibility 2 - Quotation and Negotiation:Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost effectiveness. Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to source supplies and obtain pricing for new sales requirements, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Responsibility 3 - Purchase Order & Delivery Management:Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery. Prepare delivery notes and shipping requests for items to be delivered to clients. Coordinate with Finance to manage supplier payments and ensure timely settlements. Responsibility 4 - Quality Assurance:Verify the quality and accuracy of delivered goods and services. Resolve discrepancies, delivery issues, or supplier-related problems. Responsibility 5 - Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and contracts. Prepare regular reports on purchases, costs, and supplier performance. QualificationsProficiency in procurement, including experience in issuing purchase orders and managing procurement workflowsStrong skills in supplier evaluation and negotiations, ensuring effective and beneficial supplier relationshipsStrong organizational and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldFluency in English
