Product Analyst - Digital Banking

About the RoleJoin a newly formed digital squad tasked with uplifting the chargebacks process within the bank. You’ll work closely with a Product Owner, Service Designer, and Engineers to improve end-to-end customer journeys and deliver meaningful digital enhancements.This role is ideal for an analytically minded Product Analyst with experience across digital banking or payments and a passion for customer-centric design.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport discovery and delivery of digital process enhancementsAnalyse customer journeys to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop documentation and process maps aligned with risk and compliance requirementsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and business stakeholdersLeverage data insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvementAbout YouStrong analytical and technical backgroundExperience in digital banking, fintech, or payments (e.g. Stryde, PayPal, Tyro)Ability to apply a customer-first mindset to product developmentUnderstanding of risk and regulatory considerationsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExposure to AI and digital innovation is a plusWhat you'll get in returnYou will be offered a 9-month contract role and a day rate of $690 + super.
