Job description:Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Coordinator to join our team in Concord, ON. The Product Coordinator will support the Product Management and Global Sourcing teams with operational and administrative responsibilities related to product setup, packaging, and sample coordination.This position ensures product data accuracy across systems, manages product and sample processes, and collaborates with multiple departments to enable smooth product launches and continuous process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Setup & Data ManagementSet up all new products, packaging, and raw material SKUs in the internal system (NetSuite).Ensure SKU forms are completed accurately with correct product, warehouse, and costing details.Assign and confirm HTS codes for customs and compliance.Act as the main contact for all questions related to SKU setup and data management.Maintain accurate links between SKUs and warehouses.Sample ManagementManage product samples for development, presentation, testing, and customer use.Order, label, and organize sample production and shipments.Prepare documentation and packaging for sample shipments.Track sample inventory and maintain the sample room.Collaborate with the Sample Room team to fulfill customer sample requests efficiently.Packaging & SpecificationsCreate and manage packaging specifications for internal teams and suppliers.Validate product and packaging dimensions with the Packaging team.Set up and test printed labels; release packaging artworks and specifications to suppliers.Develop pallet, truck, and container builds using MaxLOAD, validating with the Packaging team.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Sales on rework and closeout sales projects, creating rework specifications and new SKUs as needed.Coordinate with the Creative team for e-commerce images and maintain organized image archives.Support Customer Service, Product Management, and Global Sourcing teams with product-related requests.Continuous Improvement & ComplianceLead or support process improvement initiatives to optimize product setup and sample management.Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, company quality standards, and environmental policies.QualificationsPost-secondary education in a related field required.Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills.Strong prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.Professional work ethic and ability to collaborate within a large team and with external suppliers.RequirementsMust be authorized to work in Canada.Must be able to commute to Concord, ON (on-site role).No visa sponsorship available.Pay Range: $55.00–$65.00 per hour as per the experienceLocation: Concord, OntarioSchedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, on-siteJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
