Product Management Co-op (January 2026)

Your New Role and TeamSanctuary, a world leader in developing AI-based control systems for humanoid robots, is seeking a 8 Month Technical Product Management Co-op student starting January 2026 to support cross-functional product initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams to identify and document product requirements, support development planning, and help bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer needs, combining engineering insight with an understanding of market and business drivers. You will work on projects that combine process development, product definition, and technical coordination, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle with potential to expand into longer-term opportunities.Our Success CriteriaCoordinate robot testing, including task selection, design collaboration, scheduling, and performance trackingAnalyze testing and operational data to identify insights that improve product performance and development processesOrganize and maintain product requirements within requirements management tools, ensuring accurate documentation, traceability, and alignment across teams, and support training and adoption of these toolsSupport the translation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of product development and management processes and tools to ensure consistency and clarity across teamsLead and maintain requirements management, ensuring traceability across programs, alignment with product objectives, and effective collaboration across engineering and testing teamsQualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldDemonstrated interest in product management, combining an understanding of how technology is developed, tested, and brought to market with the ability to connect technical problem-solving to customer and market needsFamiliarity with product development and/or project management methodologiesProficient in data analysis, research, and modelling to support decision-makingComfortable using productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similarAbility to assist with the design or modification of simple test fixtures or jigs as needed to support testing and troubleshooting activities is considered an assetSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical systems and translate them into clear product requirements.
